My Background
Service… that’s what my life is all about. My guiding principles are love, respect, and service to others.
I'm a Life Purpose & Transformation Coach. I studied mindfulness and meditation for over a decade, and have been an avid practitioner for over 6 years. I'm also an Energyworker, Tarot Reader and Astrologist.

For over a decade, I have worked with various populations-- from individuals who are homeless, mentally ill, and battling drug addiction to individuals on the Autism Spectrum and with developmental challenges, individuals with Alzheimer's and dementia, and individuals on hospice. Through this work, I learned various communication techniques for their best support. The focus is on the person, and meeting them where they are.

I'm passionately dedicated to helping my clients move courageously through transitions-- physically, mentally emotionally and spiritually-- to experience deep & powerful transformation.
Sessions are specifically tailored to each client's needs to ensure they receive the best support for them. No matter which modality you choose, a pathway to happiness awaits.
